Free content available on our Website is not subject to this Refund Policy as no payment is involved.

3. Consulting and Guidance Services

3.1 Cancellation Before Service Delivery

If you cancel a scheduled consulting session or guidance package before any services have been delivered, you may be eligible for a full refund of the purchase price, provided the cancellation is made at least forty-eight (48) hours before the scheduled start time.

Cancellations made within forty-eight (48) hours of the scheduled session may receive a partial refund of up to fifty percent (50%) of the purchase price, at our discretion, unless otherwise specified in your service agreement.

3.2 Cancellation After Partial Delivery

If consulting services have partially commenced (e.g., one session of a multi-session package has been completed), refunds will be calculated on a pro-rata basis. The portion of the fee corresponding to completed sessions or delivered materials is non-refundable. The remaining balance may be refunded upon written request.

3.3 Dissatisfaction With Services

If you are dissatisfied with a consulting session, you must notify us in writing within seven (7) calendar days of the session date, describing the specific concerns. We will review your feedback and may offer one of the following remedies at our discretion:

  • A complimentary follow-up session to address your concerns.
  • A partial refund proportional to the unresolved portion of services.
  • A full refund if we determine the service did not meet the described scope.

We do not issue refunds based on dissatisfaction with general informational outcomes, as our consulting is educational in nature and individual results vary.

4. Educational Products and Digital Materials

4.1 Downloadable Products

For digital educational products (guides, workbooks, planning templates, program materials) that are delivered electronically:

  • Before Download/Access: Full refund available if requested within fourteen (14) days of purchase and before the product has been downloaded or accessed.
  • After Download/Access: Refunds are generally not available once digital content has been downloaded or accessed, except in cases of technical defect or material misrepresentation of product content.

4.2 Programs and Challenges

For structured educational programs or challenges with defined start and end dates:

  • Full refund if cancellation is requested within seven (7) days of purchase and before the program start date.
  • Partial refund (up to fifty percent) if cancellation is requested within the first seven (7) days after the program start date, provided less than twenty-five percent (25%) of program content has been accessed.
  • No refund after seven (7) days from program start or after twenty-five percent (25%) of content has been accessed.

4.3 Personalized Planning Documents

Customized non-medical planning documents prepared specifically for you are non-refundable once delivered, unless the document contains material errors or fails to match the agreed scope as documented in your service agreement.

5. Non-Refundable Items and Situations

The following are generally not eligible for refunds:

  • Services that have been fully delivered as described in the purchase agreement.
  • Digital products that have been downloaded or accessed.
  • Purchases made more than thirty (30) days prior to the refund request, except where required by applicable law.
  • Promotional or discounted items marked as "final sale" at the time of purchase.
  • Third-party fees or charges (payment processing fees, currency conversion fees) which are non-recoverable.
  • Requests based on unmet expectations about personal outcomes, as our services are educational and do not guarantee specific results.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Include the subject line "Refund Request" followed by your order or transaction reference number.
  3. Provide your full name, email address used at purchase, date of purchase, and product or service name.
  4. Explain the reason for your refund request with relevant details.

We will acknowledge your request within two (2) business days and provide a decision within ten (10) business days. Complex cases may require additional review time, in which case we will notify you of the extended timeline.

7. Refund Processing

7.1 Approved Refunds

Once a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing times vary by payment provider:

  • Credit/debit card refunds: five (5) to ten (10) business days.
  • PayPal or digital wallet refunds: three (3) to seven (7) business days.
  • Bank transfer refunds: seven (7) to fourteen (14) business days.

We are not responsible for delays caused by your financial institution or payment processor after the refund has been initiated on our end.

All refunds are processed in the same currency as the original transaction. Exchange rate differences for international transactions are not covered by Anklespureer.
